Over recent weeks, it has become apparent that there is a real need and demand for us to increase the level of workshop capabilities across our entire group to help accommodate many of our customers’ needs not just key workers.
With this in mind, I am pleased to be able to say that from tomorrow, we will be reopening our workshops to provide a level of cover for all customers. The plan over the next few weeks will be to progressively increase capacity in-line with demand and staffing restrictions. Please see more details below.
From 4th May
Telephone lines will reopen for bookings and enquiries. Your patience will be appreciated while we balance the demand and the staffing levels in this area.
Monday 4th – 18th May*
All workshops will reopen for pre-arranged bookings only with a base level of staffing both technical and front of house. *Please note during this time we will be unable to provide Collection & Delivery, Loan Car and Local drop off amenities.
From Monday 18th May
All workshops will continue to be open for pre-arranged bookings only. We will be able to start introducing the next level of service including some Collection & Delivery and Loan Car facilities. Local drop off will remain unavailable until further notice.
For those customers we reached out to and rescheduled appointments from the 18th May onwards, we urge you retain your new confirmed booking date for ease and to assist us in managing workload as well as accommodating your needs.
Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances we are not able to offer a wash and vacuum your vehicle. We hope to be able to offer you these services in the coming few weeks.
Please rest assured, all our facilities have been set up to allow the required social distancing measures and we will be able to complete any servicing and maintenance work without putting you or our staff at risk. For complete peace of mind, we have also created a Social Distancing Charter so you can see the measures we currently have in place.

In a period of unprecedented times we will do everything we can to provide the quickest response to your requests but would ask that you bear with us if it takes a little longer than normal whilst we all adapt to this new way of working, and increase our staffing levels over the coming weeks.
